About Tim Emory

I always knew when I was finished with college I wanted to start a business and have a beautiful family. Thanks to my wife of 19 years and 3 beautiful children the latter half came to me as a blessing. I knew the difficult part for me was going to be finding my true "thing" I was passionate about doing. Day after day I brainstormed, pondered, deliberated, and contemplated and in the short term I could come up with nothing. So, I went back to my Italian roots and added in a little childhood favorite and it hit me! My grandfather's parents were from Italy and he had gardening and growing deep inside his DNA. He had a two acre vegetable garden he planted by hand and my grandmother would help pick, can, and cook all of it and give most of it to their five children's families. Though vegetables would eventually not be the item I grew, flowers, bushes, trees are not a whole lot different and the experience with my grandparents gave me a sure head start in that category.

One of my childhood favorites was always Legos. Who doesn't love Legos right? I had ton of them and loved to build all the time. My wife and I are still collectors today. Now most of you will ask, what this has to do with Landscaping? It actually doesn't have anything to do with Landscaping but building with blocks did become a passion through hardscaping so I tend to credit Legos with my first love of blocks.

It was not until after I received my certifications for Landscaping, Hardscape Installation, and Design that I realized my love and talent for 3D design. I began designing a year into the birth of my company in 2001 and I never looked back!

Everyday I make it my goal to transfer my passion for outside ecosystems into a place where you can get away, enjoy your family, and help make your "about" story. At least for a little while!
